Amesbury Democratic Committee Meeting
May 7, 2009
1.Thank you to Ann Connolly-King for her service and guidance to the Committee. We hope that while you enrich your mind and get more education you will still be able to work with us and remain active in the committee.
2. The 3T’s and 2 C’s Breakfast was a successful event with elected officials speaking and good food. We hope that next year more Democratics from Amesbury will be able to attend.
3. We discussed the Amesbury Business Association Summer Bazaar and
buying a table for $50.00 to sell July 4th patriotic items. We did not have a
quorum to approve. Tabled.
4. Our http://www.amesburydemocrats.org/wordpress/ site is looking for
attention, so we are going to have our next meeting as a training session at
Maggie Sundae, with their wireless. Bring your laptop, or share others, and
get trained on using our site. Have some delicious ice cream too. Maggie’s is
open until 8 p.m.
5. Next meeting: Training on the Internet web site use. Thursday, May 21st,
2009. 7 – 8 p.m. at Maggie Sundae.
