Welcome to the new home of the Amesbury Democratic Town Committee. We are glad you have shown an interest in our group, and we hope you will browse the site to learn more about us.
Here is a brief overview of what you will find on these pages, and how to take advantage of all the site has to offer:
RECENT POSTS - Information is added to the site on a chronological basis, with the most recent posts displayed first. Scroll down the page to read all the posts. Or if you want to be selective, click one of the categories listed on the left. You may also browse entries made on a monthly basis.
SUBSCRIBE - The colorful orange icon in the upper right corner is called an “RSS Feed.” This is a great convenience for people who want to keep updated, but don’t want the intrusion of unsolicited email announcements. When you subscribe to a feed (no charge, of course), a small icon will appear in your internet browser window (each browser – Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari – places the icon in a slightly different location). Whenever you are online – doing a search, checking the weather, looking up a recipe – you can quickly check to see if a new item has been added to our blog, without leaving your current site. Just click the icon and it will display the titles of our latest posts. You can ignore them, or click on whichever post piques your interest.
